The bright annealed wire surface delivers consistent gun feeding with zero jamming, supporting uniform deposit thickness between 0.10–0.15 mm for overhaul restoration of turbine shafts, hydraulic plungers and aerospace casings, aligning fully with EN ISO 14919 thermal spray material benchmarks.
