Hastelloy X rod, also known as UNS N06002, is a nickel-based superalloy renowned for its exceptional performance in high-temperature and corrosive environments. With a composition that includes nickel, chromium, iron, molybdenum, and small amounts of cobalt and tungsten, this alloy offers outstanding oxidation resistance and strength up to 2200°F (1200°C). Its excellent weldability and fabricability make it ideal for use in aerospace, petrochemical, and industrial furnace applications.
