Self-adhesive industrial white PTFE film tape (NOT plumbing thread seal tape). 100% pure white PTFE material, ultra clean, no fiberglass, no impurity, no yellowing under continuous high temperature.
Pure White Ultra-clean Grade: Made of high-purity virgin PTFE raw material with uniform pure white appearance. Maintains stable white color even after long-term high-temperature operation.
100% Fiberglass-Free: Integral skived pure film structure without any fiberglass composition. No fiber debris falling off during operation.
-70℃~260℃ Stable High Temperature Resistance: Imported high-temperature silicone adhesive. Continuous working under 260℃ without bubbling, degumming, or warping.
Food Grade Safety & Clean No-residue Release: Compliant with FDA and RoHS standards. Ultra-low friction non-stick surface repels molten plastic, oil stains and adhesive dirt.
Excellent Insulation & Chemical Resistance: Reliable electrical insulation performance. Resists acid, alkali, oil and various organic solvents.
Product Introduction
White PTFE Teflon tape is a high-cleanliness industrial high-temperature non-stick adhesive tape, specially developed for food-grade and precision industrial scenarios. Different from conventional brown fiberglass PTFE tape and gray ordinary PTFE tape, this pure white version adopts 100% virgin pure PTFE skived film with ultra-high purity and ultra-clean surface.
With premium single-sided silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, the tape features strong and stable adhesion, high temperature resistance, non-stick, anti-corrosion and insulation properties. The whole tape is free of fiberglass shedding and color fading, meeting strict production requirements of food processing, medical equipment, precision electronics and clean rooms.
