These bearings can withstand large radial loads and allow for higher rotational speeds. The two rows of rollers in the bearing are arranged in an intersecting manner. These bearings usually come in two forms: NN30, NN30K two series bearing inner ring with ribs, outer ring can be separated;

Compared with 20CrMnTi steel, the strength and hardenability are higher, but the impact toughness is lower.Mainly used for carburizing steel, after carburizing can be directly cooled quenching, bending strength is high, good wear resistance.It can be used after quenching and tempering at low temperature or quenching and tempering with medium machinability.Used for manufacturing the heavy load carburized parts with large section in tractor industry and the gear, gear shaft and worm with large force.
