Product description
The ultrasonic blank cup shape respirator mask producing machine adopts the ultrasound system and hot-pressing technology to produce the cup shape blank dust respirator mask. The simple touch screen panel and the PLC control system are improving the automated level and the conveniences of operation and the final products will meet the standards of N95/P95. The material feeding system can automatically feed 2 to 6 layers such as melt-blown, non-woven fabric and filter materials in the whole roll. The machine can handle a series of processing which is more efficient compare to the traditional hand-crafting system.
