The structural shell features a multi-layered plywood core that is hot-pressed under extremely high hydraulic pressure, permanently locking in its sculptural, organic curves without compromising the integrity of the wood fibers. This internal shell is meticulously wrapped using automated fabric tensioning technology, resulting in flat, seamless stitching without any wrinkles. The base is crafted from high-tensile-strength carbon steel tubing, precisely cut using advanced laser technology and seamlessly welded to achieve maximum load-bearing capacity.
