Q1. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the samples, but the customers need to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipment or against Bill of Loading. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. Are you manufacturer company?
A:Yes, We are manufacturer, located in Guangzhou city, China. It takes just 30 minutes by car from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to our factory. Warmly welcome to Nordistar.
Q4. What is your lead time for orders ?
A: Nomally our lead-time is around 30-45 days. Sometimes it will be adjusted for customized order and quantity.
Q5. Can I change the size of product?
A: We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes per your exact requirements.

A: We quote you EXW or FOB price. You're free to choose your own freight forwarder, or we can help you find vetted and reliable freight forwarders.
