Q1. Can I change the size of product?
A: We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes per your exact requirements.
Q2. How to make order?
A: You can contact us here directly or send us email with your requirements, we will reply you as soon as possible.
Q3. Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou city, China. It's close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Our office with showroom is in our factory as well. You and your team are welcome to visit!
Q4. How about your quality?
A: We have QC department, they control every process, start from purchasing raw material to finish the goods and loading the container. And also We provide quality training to our staff so that they can produce products that meet the required standards.
Q5. What is your MOQ ?
A:Usually 100 pcs per model for chairs and 50 pcs per model for tables . For 1 st order, the MOQ is negotiable.
Q6. If we want a sample, how much do we need to pay?
A: We usually charge 2 times price, and the transport fee should be paid by buyer, we will return the extra money when you place order.
