Designed for executive dining rooms, this ruched PU dining chair with a perforated backrest embodies a refined fusion of organic geometric aesthetics and advanced tailoring techniques in both design and craftsmanship. Structurally, the chair features a streamlined, contoured silhouette supported by a core of molded curved panels, custom-molded to provide precise lumbar support. Its most distinctive visual feature is the elegant openwork design at the base of the backrest; these geometric cutouts, created through precision cutting, reduce the chair’s visual bulk while perfectly maintaining structural stability.
The upholstered interior showcases meticulous craftsmanship. Skilled artisans manually pleat high-quality PU leather to create controlled, fluid, organic accordion pleats on the inner side of the backrest, adding luxurious visual depth and tactile contrast. The outer covering is tightly bonded to the inner layer of high-resilience, shock-absorbing foam, ensuring resistance to deformation even with long-term use. Beneath this, the supporting frame is constructed from industrial-grade carbon steel tubing, seamlessly welded using TIG (argon arc) welding. The surface is then treated with an electrostatic black powder coating and baked at high temperatures to ensure a scratch-resistant, impact-resistant finish, thereby guaranteeing long-term performance for commercial use.
