This square bottle labeling machine is an advanced automatic system designed for precise labeling on one or two sides of square or flat bottles. It features adjustable label spacing to accommodate different bottle sizes and labeling requirements, ensuring high flexibility in production.

1.Adjustable pressure system
The pressure between the drive shaft and pressure roller can be finely adjusted, allowing flexible control of label direction and ensuring smooth, unrestricted label movement.
2.Double pressure-roller design
A dual roller structure at the label outlet tightens labels while preventing damage from die-cut backing paper, ensuring stable and smooth tension control.
3.High-precision servo system
Equipped with a branded servo motor with closed-loop control, enabling high-speed operation and accurate labeling positioning.
4.Accurate positioning mechanism
A specially designed sizing system ensures precise alignment of products for consistent and accurate label application.
5.Synchronized transmission system
The pressing belt and main drive gear are fully synchronized, eliminating the need for manual adjustment and ensuring stable conveying performance.
6.Multi-functional labeling capability
Supports flat, round, and square bottles, including single-side, double-side, circumferential, and multi-side labeling applications.
7.Advanced control system & structure
