Automatic Pouch Fill And Cap Machine Working Process
Spout Pouch Infeed: Pre-made spout pouches are arranged in multiple rows on guide rails. The rail feeding system smoothly transfers pouches into the feeding mechanism and accurately positions them into the rotary star-wheel for processing.
Filling Station: The filling nozzle enters the spout neck and forms a tight seal to prevent product splashing. The servo-controlled piston pump volumetric filling system accurately doses and fills one pouch at a time for high precision and consistency.
Capping Station: Caps are automatically supplied through a vibratory bowl feeder and guided along a cap chute to the spout. Caps are accurately placed and tightened by a servo-driven capping head with adjustable torque for secure sealing.
Pouch Discharge Station: After filling and capping, finished pouches are smoothly released onto a discharge chute, ready for collection or transfer to the next packaging stage.
