Npack’s olive oil filling machine is designed for accurate and efficient filling of glass and plastic bottles from 500 ml to 5L. Built with food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, it ensures hygiene, safety, and product quality.

Main Features

1.Adopt internationally renowned PLC, human-machine interface, servo control system and low-voltage components to ensure excellent quality and long-term stable performance.
2.The adjustment of filling volume can be realized by changing the target filling volume on the touch screen, and the fine adjustment can be achieved by fine-tuning the adjusting device at the lower end of the piston rod.
3.Photoelectric counting and PLC control realize truly no-bottle no-filling.
4.The anti-dripping filling system effectively prevents dripping and wire drawing.
5.The equipment has intelligent detection and independent fault judgment functions.

Olive Oil Filler Machine Working Principle

The Olive Oil Filling Machine for Glass Bottle operates using a precision servo-driven piston system to ensure accurate and stable filling. The servo motor controls the lead screw, driving the piston to move up and down within the cylinder.

During the downward stroke, the three-way valve connects the cylinder to the oil tank, allowing olive oil to be smoothly drawn into the cylinder. During the upward stroke, the valve switches direction, isolating the tank while the piston pushes the measured volume of olive oil through the filling nozzle into glass bottles.

This controlled reciprocating motion guarantees high filling accuracy, minimal waste, and consistent performance, making it ideal for hygienic and efficient olive oil bottling lines.

The olive oil filling machine mainly consists of a conveying system, filling system, and control system, ensuring stable and accurate operation.

1. Conveying System
