Chemical Bottle Filling Machine Working Principle

The Chemical Bottle Piston Filling Machine works according to the volumetric piston filling principle.

 During the first stage, the piston moves backward and creates suction inside the measuring cylinder. The chemical liquid is drawn from the product tank into the cylinder until the preset filling volume is reached.

During the second stage, the piston moves forward and pushes the measured liquid through the filling valve and filling nozzle into the bottle.

The servo motor precisely controls the piston stroke and movement speed, allowing the machine to maintain accurate and repeatable filling volumes.

For viscous products, the positive displacement action of the piston provides stable product transfer and consistent dosing. For foaming products, the filling nozzles can descend into the bottle and rise gradually as the liquid level increases, helping reduce foam and splashing.

The complete filling process can be automatically controlled through the PLC system, including bottle positioning, filling volume, filling speed, nozzle movement, and production counting.
