The Automatic Honey Jam Jar Screw Capping Machine is designed for automatic screw capping of honey, jam, peanut butter and other viscous products packed in jars. The linear capping system completes bottle feeding, cap sorting, cap conveying and screw capping in one continuous process.

The machine is controlled by a PLC system for stable and accurate operation. The capping torque and working parameters can be adjusted according to different jar and cap specifications, helping achieve consistent and secure sealing.

Product-contact areas are made from high-quality stainless steel and finely polished for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The no-cap detection system automatically stops the machine when a cap is missing and resumes operation once a cap is detected, helping prevent uncapped jars and improving production reliability.

Product Parameters

6 Wheels
1. Each wheel's speed is individually adjustable through frequency control.
2. The wheels can operate in opposite directions if necessary to ensure proper cap fitting on the bottles.
3. The wheels are made of soft material to prevent damage to the caps.
4. The wheels are horizontally adjustable to accommodate different cap sizes.
5. The wheels are vertically adjustable to fit bottles of varying heights.
6. Each wheel is driven by its own motor for precise control.

Two-layer Bottle Clamp Belt
The height of the double belts can be adjusted to accommodate different bottle sizes, and the angle can be modified according to the bottle shape for enhanced stability. The speed is controlled by frequency to match both the conveyor and capping speeds.

Motors

1. There are 6 motors for the 6 capping wheels, which can be upgraded to servo motors for adjustable torque if required by the customer.
2. There are 2 motors for the bottle clamping belt.
3. One motor is dedicated to adjusting the machine's height up and down.
4. The capping torque is adjustable as an optional feature.

Product Application

Working Process of Automatic Honey Jam Jar Screw Capping Machine

1. Jar Feeding

Filled honey or jam jars are automatically conveyed into the capping machine in an orderly manner.

2. Cap Sorting

Caps are automatically sorted and oriented by the cap unscrambling system before entering the cap conveyor.

3. Cap Conveying

The sorted caps are continuously transported to the capping station through the cap delivery system.

4. Cap Placing

The cap is accurately placed onto the jar mouth and positioned for the next capping operation.

5. Screw Capping

The capping heads rotate the caps to the preset torque, creating a secure and consistent seal.

6. Capping Inspection
