The Groundnut Paste Filling Machine is designed to automatically fill groundnut paste, peanut butter and other high-viscosity products into bottles, jars and containers. Depending on the production capacity, it can be equipped with 2 to 20 filling heads.
The parts that touch the product are made from 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion well and is easy to clean. Anti-drip and anti-pull filling nozzles reduce paste leakage and stringing during filling for cleaner and more consistent production.
The servo motor and piston filling system, which can realize stable and accurate filling volume control. The filling volume can be easily adjusted via the PLC touchscreen according to different sizes of containers and production requirements.

It automatically feeds empty bottles to the filling machine in a continuous and orderly fashion.
The bottles are placed under the filling nozzles in the right way to be filled in a uniform way.
The servo-driven piston system sucks the groundnut paste from the hopper to the filling cylinders.
The pistons push the groundnut paste through the filling nozzles into the bottles. The filling volume is controlled by the PLC system according to preset parameters.
The filling nozzles feature anti-drip and anti-pull technology, reducing leakage and paste stringing, thus keeping the bottle mouth and machine cleaner.
The bottles are automatically released onto the conveyor after filling and moved to the next process, e.g. capping and labeling.
