The Automatic Peanut Butter Filling Machine is designed to fill jars, bottles and containers with peanut butter and other high viscosity food accurately and efficiently. The system is designed for food processing and packaging applications and features reliable piston filling technology combined with PLC control for consistent filling volumes and stable production performance.
This machine is suitable for stand alone filler or can be incorporated into a complete peanut butter filling line with automatic capping, labelling, conveying and other packaging equipment.
Machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel for long lasting durability, easy cleaning and hygienic production. It can handle a wide variety of container sizes and production volumes, with a filling range of about 50 mL to 5,000 mL.
It is a perfect filling solution for peanut butter, chocolate spread, sesame paste, tahini, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, mayonnaise, nut butter and other thick or viscous food products.
Key Features
The machine adopts PLC control system with an intuitive touchscreen interface, operators can conveniently set and adjust filling parameters and monitor production.
Volumetric Piston Filling System - For thick and high-viscosity products, the filling performance is consistent and repeatable.
The machine has a fill range of approximately 100–5,000 mL. It can be configured for different container sizes, from small retail jars to larger food-service packages.
The product-contact components such as filling nozzles and product-contact surfaces are made of 316 stainless steel which makes the machine suitable for food production environments and easier to clean.
The integrated counting system can record the quantity of production, which can help operators to monitor the daily or monthly output, and improve the management of production.
Electronic sensors detect and position containers during production which helps to coordinate filling operations and reduce unnecessary product waste.
The machine integrates mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and plc control systems for smooth and coordinated operation with less manual intervention.
