The Thick Sauce Bottle Filling Machine is developed for filling dense, sticky, and particle-containing sauces into bottles and jars. It is suitable for products such as chili sauce, pepper sauce, tomato paste, garlic sauce, curry sauce, barbecue sauce, and other thick condiments.
Its piston filling system provides controlled and repeatable dosing, while the strong product-handling capability allows the machine to work with sauces that are difficult to fill with standard liquid fillers.
High-viscosity sauces often create problems such as uneven flow, dripping, clogging, or inconsistent filling volume. This machine is designed to handle these products more smoothly.
Depending on the sauce formulation, the hopper can be equipped with a mixing system to keep ingredients evenly distributed during production. A heating function can also be added for products that become thicker or solidify when the temperature drops.
This is especially useful for sauces containing oil, spices, small particles, or ingredients that tend to separate.
Volumetric piston technology provides consistent filling, with adjustable volume, speed, and multiple filling heads.
SUS304 stainless steel structure and easy-clean product-contact parts support hygienic sauce production.
Optional mixing, heating, and temperature control systems help maintain sauce consistency and prevent clogging.
