The Rotary Cup Filling and Sealing Machine automatically dispenses pre-formed cups into the filling station one by one, ensuring accurate positioning and continuous operation without manual loading.
The machine adopts an accurate dosing system to fill cups with various products, including liquids, sauces, pastes, powders, and granules. Different filling methods can be selected according to product characteristics and production requirements.
After filling, the machine automatically places the sealing film and performs heat sealing and film cutting. The sealing temperature can be adjusted from 0–300°C to achieve reliable sealing performance for different cup materials and sealing films.
Once sealing is completed, finished cups are automatically released from the machine. A conveyor system can be integrated for automatic product collection and transportation, improving production efficiency and reducing labor requirements.
