The PET Aluminium Bottle Capping Machine is a rotary automatic, high-speed, capping machine that can seal PET bottles using aluminium ROPP caps. This machine uses a multiple-head sealing system to provide accurate, tight, and consistent capping on an automated production line.

Working Process of Automatic ROPP Capping Machine



This Automatic Three-Operation Integrated PET Aluminium Bottle Capping Machine combines all three operations into a single automatic process.

1.Automatic cap sorting

Aluminium ROPP caps are automatically sorted into the correct position for the capping operation.

2.Automatic Cap Insertion

The caps are picked up by a self-pickup system and then placed accurately on the top of each bottle's opening.

3.Automatic Cap Sealing

Bottles are transported through a rotary multiple head sealing unit. This unit uses planetary motion roller systems to roll and tighten the aluminium caps to make a complete and secure seal.

This combination will help to increase the efficiency of the packaging processes, reduce the amount of manual labour and get consistent results in terms of sealing quality during the manufacturing process.
