Typical Applications
Applicable to: quantitative filling of 200L four barrel and IBC ton non foam liquid in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
System Overview
This machine adopts a under-level filling method, it is suitable for filling various liquid with foam. The uniquely designed filling head device is easy to operate, with fast and accurate filling. During operation, the operator simply needs to move the filling head arm to align it above the drum mouth, press the [Start] button on the handle, and the filling head will automatically insert into the drum and the tare weight of empty drum will be automatically deducted. Then open the filling valve to accurately fill at two speeds; After filling, the filling head automatically lifts from the drum, and the drip tray automatically move to the bottom of the filling head. Move the filling head again to fill the second, third, and fourth drum one by one, and then seal the cap to complete the filling. Finally, use a forklift or hydraulic truck to remove the pallet from the weighing platform.
