Exceptional Mobility & Rapid Rig-Up: Mounted on robust trailer chassis with multi-axles and pneumatic brakes. The mast utilizes a hydraulic telescoping or folding system, allowing the entire unit to be rigged up and ready to work within hours, drastically reducing mobilization costs and downtime.
High-Performance Power System: Equipped with heavy-duty diesel engines (featuring leading brands like Caterpillar or Cummins) paired with advanced mechanical or hydraulic power transmissions, delivering reliable torque and horsepower for heavy hoisting and rotary drilling operations.
Robust API-Certified Hoisting System: Features a heavy-duty API 8C certified traveling block, hook, and drawworks with an automatic or manual braking system. It ensures smooth and safe handling of drill pipes, tubing, and casing under high hook loads.
Intelligent Digital Control System: Integrated with an ergonomic, central-control operator's cabin featuring digital monitoring screens for real-time data on hook load, engine RPM, drilling depth, and torque, ensuring safer and more precise operation.
Safety & Environmental Compliance: Built with anti-slip walkways, emergency kill switches, mud tank warning systems, and full noise/vibration reduction measures to meet international HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
Complete Auxiliary Support: The rig package includes a full complement of equipment, including a rotary table, mud pumps, mud tanks, solids control system, hydraulic power tongs, and generator sets for a totally independent operation.
