1. Product Overview

The High Pressure Pup Joint and Spacer Spool are essential pipeline components used in oilfield high-pressure fluid systems. They serve as spool pieces that connect various equipment such as manifolds, wellheads, pumps, and valves, providing the necessary length adjustment, directional flexibility, and equipment spacing in complex pipeline layouts.

Our high pressure pup joints and spacer spools are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with strict heat treatment to ensure uniform metallurgical structure and pressure-bearing capacity. Both ends can be configured with various connection types – hammer union, threads, or flanges – to match your specific equipment requirements.

The port-to-port connections are available in three types: pressure-threaded seal, integral (one-piece), and butt-welded configurations, offering flexibility for different installation and maintenance needs.

All products are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Spec 6A and NACE MR0175 standards, ensuring reliable sealing, safe operation, and full interchangeability with major international brands. Available in a wide range of pressure ratings, sizes, and lengths to meet diverse operational requirements. Models are available for standard, low-temperature, and sour gas (H₂S) environments per user requirements.
