The oilless spherical plain bearings are self-aligning type bearings composed of the bronze PTFE plugged aluminum bronze inner races and stainless steel outer races. The outer races are split into two parts, which are fixed with snap rings or machined as installation notch. This type of oilless bearing is also called spherical oilless plain bearings or maintenance-free spherical plain bearings.
