TC Type Oil Seals Mechanical Double Lip Oil Seal For Leak And Dust Prevention

TC type oil seals have the following main features:

Double-lip sealing structure (including main lip and secondary lip), equipped with a spring. The main lip is primarily used for sealing liquids and preventing leakage; the secondary lip prevents dust, water, and other contaminants from entering the equipment interior. While maintaining basic sealing performance, it significantly enhances equipment reliability under complex operating conditions.
Rotary seal, suitable for low-pressure environments, with a maximum pressure of 0.03 MPa (0.3 kgf/cm²).
Excellent elasticity and adaptability: The rubber material itself provides the oil seal with excellent elasticity, enabling it to adapt to shaft movement and shape changes. The performance of nitrile rubber can be flexibly adjusted through formulation to suit different operating conditions, particularly suitable for sealing and vibration damping applications involving medium temperatures and contact with oil-based media. When selecting, it is necessary to match the optimal acrylonitrile content of nitrile rubber grades based on specific medium types, temperature ranges, and cost budgets.
