The outer layer is an iron shell, designed for steel rotating shafts or cast iron pool holes.
Exceptional wear resistance for high-speed, high-frequency applications: SB type oil seals are made from high-quality, highly elastic materials such as nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluorocarbon rubber (FKM), combined with advanced vulcanization processes, to provide outstanding wear resistance. In high-speed rotating applications (maximum speed up to 3000 rpm) such as motor shafts, gearbox input shafts, and high-frequency vibrating compressor crankshafts, wear rates are reduced by 30% compared to standard oil seals, significantly extending the replacement cycle and minimizing equipment downtime for maintenance.
The temperature resistance range is extremely broad: NBR material can operate stably at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C, meeting the requirements of conventional industrial environments; FKM material can withstand extreme temperature differences from -26°C to +250°C. Whether in outdoor equipment in cold regions or in high-temperature, high-pressure engine compartments, SB-type oil seals maintain excellent elasticity and sealing performance, ensuring stable operation of equipment under all conditions and in all environments.
