The new generation rectifier module NPR48-3G adopts high-frequency switching technology combined with highly reliable intelligent air-cooling technology, which is flexible, reliable and economical, and can adapt to the highest ambient temperature and a wide AC input voltage range. Online replacement, all settings are performed automatically, without manual intervention, with a microprocessor fail-safe backup circuit, adjustable current limit point, high temperature load shedding protection, overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection functions. The rated output voltage is 48V, the rated output power is 2900W, and the rated output current is 60A. It is suitable for all IPS-3G systems and outdoor power systems.
Eaton’s APR48-3G access network power rectifier is specifically designed for network access applications such as cellular base stations, customer premises equipment, and roadside cabinet devices.
The new generation 3G architecture of the APR48-3G access network power rectifier improves space utilization and maximizes the space used by telecommunication equipment (not power equipment). Compared with the previous model, the size of the APR48-3G has been reduced by about 50%, while the output power has been increased by 20%. The power density has more than doubled, and the power supply only takes up 2U of rack space.
In conjunction with Eaton SC100 or SC200 series system controllers, the APR48-3G rectifier module will provide years of cost-effective and trouble-free service for 48V network access equipment.
