Warped or irregular boards fail in reflow because nothing holds them flat, which is why we machine SMT fixtures on our own CNC equipment. QHPCBA is a precision PCB assembly manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, focused on quick-turn SMT assembly and small-batch PCBA production for global hardware startups, R&D teams and OEM manufacturers. With our own SMT laser stencil workshop and an independent CNC fixture workshop, we respond faster, solve production issues in-house, and keep every prototype moving.
Our independent CNC fixture workshop machines support pallets, carrier fixtures and custom tooling designed around each board outline. This keeps odd shapes, cut-outs and thin panels stable on the line.
A rigid, well-aligned fixture improves placement accuracy and reflow quality, particularly for double-sided builds where the second pass must not disturb the first side.
By machining fixtures ourselves, we remove the external supplier queue that usually stretches complex assembly schedules by days.
