The built-in auto-evaporation water tray simplifies defrost water disposal. Optional Low-E sliding lids further enhance energy efficiency, and an inverter compressor is available for additional energy savings. Available in two depth options: 934mm (125M, 591L capacity) and 1184mm (125X, 841L capacity). Cabinet length 1364mm, height 950mm. Temperature class: 3M1, 3M2, 3H1. Ideal for gelato parlours, convenience stores, supermarkets, and food service establishments.
