1. Air shower room (AIR SHOWER) is also called air shower, clean air shower room, purification air shower room,

air shower room, blowing shower room, air shower door, bath dust room, blowing shower room, air shower channel,

Air Shower is used to blow away dust on clothing, equipments, materials and tools before workers or
objects enter the Clean Room; meanwhile, its Air Lock function may effectively control personnel passing
