Penta Prism: Deviates a beam by exactly 90 degrees regardless of minor orientation errors.
Wedge Prism: A thin prism with a small angle for precise, small-angle beam steering or dispersion compensation.
2. Defining Physical & Optical Properties:
Ultra-High Laser Damage Threshold (LDT): Fused silica's primary property, making it essential for high-power and ultrafast pulsed laser systems where other materials fail.
Exceptional Thermal & Chemical Stability: Low thermal expansion and high resistance to thermal shock and chemical corrosion ensure stable performance under intense laser irradiation.
