SFP 1.25G 3km 1310/1550nm SFP Module BIDI SC DDM
Description:
YXF-GE-B35S-3D is a high performance, cost effective modules, which is supporting up to 1.25Gbps, and transmission distance up to 3km on SM fiber. The transceiver consists of two sections: The transmitter section incorporates a laser driver and a 1310nm FP laser. The receiver section consists of a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA) and a Limitting Amplifier. The module is hot pluggable into the 20-pin connector. The high-speed electrical interface is base on low voltage logic, with nominal 100Ohms differential impedance and AC coupled in the module.

1. Industry standard Small Form Pluggable (SFP) package.
2. Digital diagnostic monitor interface compliant with SFF-8472.
3. 1310nm FP/1550nm DFB Laser and PIN receiver.
4. Very low EMI and excellent ESD protection
5. Power consumption less than 1.0W.
6. Hot-pluggable capability.
