This tube is precision-drawn from 3.3 coefficient high borosilicate glass and integrally heat-sealed at one end. Featuring thin transparent wall, low thermal expansion, strong thermal shock resistance, low alkali precipitation and uniform light transmittance, it is widely applied to micro liquid, micro gas, biological incubation, lab micro-detection and other compact precision working conditions. Detailed application scenarios are as follows:
Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance: Low expansion coefficient of 3.3, withstand temperature difference up to 230℃, stable at -20~230℃; thin wall resists cracking & deformation under sudden temperature change; Class I Hydrolytic & Chemical Resistance: Grade I water & acid resistance, long-term resistance to dilute acid, weak alkali and organic solvents; not suitable for hydrofluoric acid or hot concentrated phosphoric acid; Ultra-Thin Wall & High Uniform Transmittance: 0.1mm ultra-thin wall, uniform visible light transmission without bubbles or stripes, ideal for spectrophotometry and optical observation; Leak-Proof Integrated Closed Head: One-step high-temperature heat sealing, seamless & crack-free structure, no volatile leakage for sealed storage of micro liquid/gas; Low Impurity & Low Adsorption: Low-alkali glass formula with minimal metal ion leaching, no contamination to micro reagents, biological samples and high-purity test solutions; Compact Miniature Size: Small outer diameter and short total length, compatible with micro equipment, sensing modules and mini lab instruments for space-saving installation.
