The COP-SI400G-LR4 is a high-performance 400G QSFP-DD LR4 silicon photonics optical transceiver, compliant with the 400GBASE-LR4 standard and IEEE 802.3bs specifications. It adopts advanced CWDM4 four-wavelength design (1271/1291/1311/1331 nm) and PAM4 modulation, supporting stable 400Gbps transmission up to 10 km over standard G.652 single-mode fiber.
Featured with a hot-pluggable QSFP-DD form factor and duplex LC interface, this module integrates built-in DOM/DDM real-time monitoring for optical power, temperature, voltage and laser current. It delivers low power consumption, excellent thermal stability and full interoperability with mainstream 400G switches, routers and optical devices from Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Huawei and more.

COP-SI400G-LR4 is a next-generation 400G QSFP-DD LR4 silicon photonics optical transceiver designed for high-performance long-distance networking. Using mature CWDM4 four-wavelength multiplexing and advanced PAM4 technology, it delivers reliable 400Gbps transmission up to 10km on ordinary single-mode optical fiber.
With high-quality silicon photonic chips, the module features outstanding heat resistance and ultra-stable signal output. PAM4 modulation greatly improves bandwidth density, effectively reducing overall network construction cost while maintaining low latency for big data transmission, AI computing and cloud service interconnection.
The standard duplex LC interface allows direct use of existing single-mode fiber resources for fast 400G network upgrade. Hot-plugable QSFP-DD design supports quick installation and replacement without interrupting live network services. It achieves full interoperability with all mainstream 400G switching and routing devices worldwide.
