Attention after teatment
Once the treatment is complete, you will need to avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes have passed, you can eat soft foods and drink beverages normally. It is recommended that you abstain from chewing hard foods or brushing your teeth for at least 4 hours after your fluoride treatment to ensure the fluoride penetrates the tooth effectively.
