1) Laser cutting : we use our laser cutting machine to cut the 3mm thickness stainless steel 304 into different size due to different model
2) Punching : we use punching machin to make punching on the stainless steel , the punching position is fixed and measured by machine .
3) Bending :because the orange juicer machine require different angles , so we need bend the stainess to meet the demand .
4) Moulding : we use injection moulding machine to make the spare parts like protruding ball , concave squeezer ,peeler etc .
5) Welding : weld internal parts like motor case etc .
6) Assembling :assemble the parts together .
7) Testing :all machine before exporting we need test 2 days , using oranges squeezing and see how it is working.
8) Washing :before packing we need washing the machine clearly and make it clean .
9) Packing :usually we put foam inside the carton and seal the carton outside , if you need wooden packing we can meet you demand .
