1.Product Introduction Gold Separation Equipment
The Portable Gold Trommel is a compact, highly mobile mineral processing unit engineered for artisanal miners, prospectors, and small-scale commercial operations. Unlike larger stationary plants, the portable trommel is designed for "rapid deployment," allowing users to process gold-bearing material in remote locations where road access is limited. By combining a rotating scrubbing drum with integrated recovery tools like sluice boxes, it provides a complete "mine-in-a-box" solution that can be transported by a standard pickup truck or towed behind an ATV.

Artisanal Mining: Ideal for individual miners or small cooperatives working in remote riverbeds or jungle environments.
Prospecting & Sampling: Used by exploration teams to quickly assess the gold concentration of a claim before moving in heavy machinery.
Tailings Reprocessing: Efficiently sifting through old mine dumps to recover fine gold missed by previous, less efficient methods.

3.Working Principle Gold Separation Equipment
Feed & Scrubbing: Raw material is shoveled or fed by a small excavator into the hopper. As the drum rotates, internal baffles tumble the ore, using mechanical friction to break apart dirt and clay.
High-Volume Washing: A water pump feeds a spray bar inside the drum, creating a high-pressure wash that strips gold flakes and nuggets from the surface of larger rocks.
Precision Screening: The slurry passes through a perforated screen (usually 1/4" to 1/2" apertures). The gold-bearing fines fall through the holes, while the large, barren "oversize" rocks are tumbled out the back.
Gold Capture: The fines flow into a specialized sluice box attached to the unit. Heavy gold is trapped in the miners' moss and riffles, while lighter sands and water are washed away as tailings.
