Impact Crusher
1.Product Introduction
Impact crushers, also known as impact rock crushers, are industrial equipment that crush materials through impact force. Their core function is to break materials into cubic particles, making them widely used in mining, construction, energy, chemical industries, and sand and gravel aggregate production.
2.Application
Its applications are extensive, primarily covering the following fields:
Mining Industry: Used for crushing ore.
Construction Industry: Used for producing aggregate and manufactured sand.
Energy and Chemical Industry: Used for crushing materials such as coke and coal.
Highway and Railway Construction: Used for producing subgrade materials.
3.Working Principle
The working principle of an impact crusher is based on high-speed impact. After entering the crushing chamber, materials are violently struck by hammers (or impact plates) on the high-speed rotating rotor and thrown toward the impact plate. The materials repeatedly collide and rebound between the hammers and the impact plate while also colliding with each other, gradually being crushed to the desired particle size.
The final particle size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor support. The equipment is typically equipped with a self-weight safety device that automatically discharges non-crushable objects to protect the machine.
