1.Product Introduction
The lithium ore dryer is a critical pretreatment equipment for processing raw lithium ore, designed to enhance ore grade by removing moisture and facilitate subsequent processing and transportation.
2.Application
Its applications are extensive, primarily covering the following fields:
Lithium Ore Pretreatment: Drying mined lithium ores (such as spodumene, lepidolite, etc.) to reduce their moisture content, creating conditions for subsequent processing steps like crushing, beneficiation, or roasting.
Intermediate drying for lithium battery materials: Drying intermediate products during the preparation of lithium battery cathode materials (e.g., lithium hydroxide, lithium oxide) to meet specific moisture content requirements for processing, forming, or pelletizing.
Adapting to Different Ore Characteristics: Based on the physicochemical properties of various lithium ores—such as high-lithium-content spodumene, multi-element-bearing lepidolite, or thermally stable orthoclase—appropriate dryer models can be selected to achieve efficient and safe drying operations.

The lithium ore dryer operates according to the fundamental principle of drying: by heating the material, moisture is vaporized and removed to obtain solid material with a specified moisture content.
