1.Product Introduction High Efficiency Thickener
Designed specifically for the high-efficiency treatment of gold mining tailings, this equipment integrates an intelligent dosing system with advanced gravity sedimentation technology. It facilitates rapid thickening and solid-liquid separation of tailings slurry. The core architecture includes an inclined sedimentation unit, an automated dosing device, and an underflow collection system. Optimized for continuous operation, it is perfectly suited for gold beneficiation plants focused on tailings dry stacking or resource recovery.

Gold Beneficiation: Concentration and dewatering pretreatment for gold tailings to enhance the efficiency of downstream filter presses.

3.Working Principle High Efficiency Thickener
Accelerated Flocculation: The automated dosing system precisely injects flocculants, such as Polyacrylamide (PAM), to promote the rapid aggregation and settling of fine gold particles.
High-Efficiency Sedimentation: An inclined plate structure (lamella) shortens the settling path and significantly increases the effective sedimentation area within a compact footprint.
Underflow Discharge: A rotating rake assembly pushes the high-density underflow (>60% solids) toward the central discharge outlet. The clarified overflow is then recirculated back into the production process as process water.
