1.Product Introduction
The Single Screw Sand Washer is a high-efficiency mechanical device that utilizes rotating spiral blades within a water tank to wash, classify, and dewater sand and gravel materials. Its core structure includes an inclined U-shaped tank, a single spiral blade mounted on a central shaft, a reduction gear unit, and a motor drive system. Materials enter from the lower end of the tank and are pushed forward by the agitation of the spiral blades, ensuring thorough contact with water to separate impurities. Known for its compact structure and stable operation, it is ideal for medium-to-large-scale aggregate processing scenarios.

The single screw sand washer is widely used in industrial sectors requiring deep cleaning and classification of aggregates, including:
Construction & Infrastructure: Cleaning concrete aggregates for highways, railways, bridges, and municipal projects.
Aggregate Production: Washing, desliming, and dewatering manufactured sand (M-sand) and natural sand.
Hydropower Engineering: Pre-treatment of sand and gravel for concrete precast yards at dams and levees.
