Blade Type Ore Washer
1.Product Introduction
This is a large-scale ore washing machine that relies on thickened high-manganese steel spiral blades fixed to drive shafts. It is designed to perform powerful cutting, agitation, and scrubbing of hard ores with high mud content and high plasticity, ensuring the effective separation of ore from mud.
2.Application
Metal Mining: Widely used for washing raw ores of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including iron, copper, gold, and tin.
Industrial Sectors: Applicable to the steel, metallurgy, chemical, and construction material industries for cleaning various types of ores and stone.
Core Scenarios: Specifically suited for handling ore raw materials that are heavy in mud, highly viscous, and difficult to wash, effectively preventing mud from clogging downstream crushing and screening equipment.
3.Working Principle
1.Feeding: The mixture of ore and water enters through the feed inlet at one end of the equipment.
2. Agitation: Motors and reducers drive the transmission shafts, equipped with spiral blades, to rotate at high speeds.
3. Scrubbing: The blades continuously cut, stir, and scrub the ore and mud balls, ensuring the mud is thoroughly broken down.
4. Discharge (Waste): The fragmented mud and soluble impurities overflow from the top of the unit along with the water flow.
5. Discharge (Product): The cleaned ore is pushed forward by the blades and discharged through the outlet at the opposite end.

Large Processing Capacity: A single unit can process 20 to 300 tons of material per hour, meeting the demands of high-output production lines.
High Washing Efficiency: The thick high-manganese steel blades provide strong cutting force, capable of completely breaking down highly viscous mud balls with a washing efficiency of up to 98%.
Robust and Durable Construction: The transmission shafts are made of thick-walled seamless steel pipes, and the blades are cast from high-manganese steel, making them resistant to wear and impact for a long service life.
Powerful Drive System: Equipped with high-power motors and reducers, the system generates high torque to handle heavy-load operations.
Broad Applicability: Exhibits excellent cleaning results even for large-grain ores (with a maximum feed size of up to 230mm).
