Log Washer for Construction Waste Recycling
1.Product Introduction
This equipment utilizes a rotary "Log" (paddle shaft) structure, featuring multiple parallel wear-resistant shafts that provide intense agitation and friction within a water-filled trough to achieve physical attrition scrubbing. Its design is exceptionally robust, making it suitable for high-load, continuous operations. Certain models feature a modular construction for ease of transport and rapid on-site installation. The latest flagship models, such as the CDE RotoMax RX80, boast a processing capacity of up to 80 tons per hour, specifically optimized for large-scale construction waste recycling projects.

3.Working Principle
Feeding: Raw ore is uniformly fed into the washing trough via a vibrating feeder.
Mechanical Scrubbing: Rotating log-style paddles (or "logs") within the trough continuously lift and tumble the material. This generates intense physical friction and attrition, effectively stripping away clay, mud balls, and impurities.
Hydraulic Assistance: A high-pressure water spray system works in tandem with the mechanical action to rinse the material, flushing out the stripped fines and dust.
Classification & Discharge: Cleaned coarse minerals are discharged from the outlet, while the tailings slurry is processed through a settling or recycling system.
