Mobile stacker is a mobile material stacking equipment used in construction sites, ports, mines, building materials and other places. It is mainly used to efficiently stack crushed or screened materials, expand the stacking range, and improve on-site logistics efficiency.

3.Working Principle Minerals Conveying Equipment

1. Hydraulic-Driven Lifting System The lifting motion of the mobile stacker is powered by a hydraulic system, comprising core components such as a hydraulic pump, cylinders, control valves, and a reservoir. The pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, delivering pressurized fluid to the cylinders via high-pressure hoses. As the fluid enters the cylinders, it drives the piston to raise or lower the stacking platform.
2. Precision Operation via Control Valves Operators adjust the control valves using joysticks or push-buttons to regulate the flow and direction of the hydraulic oil, enabling precise height adjustment of the platform. This system supports fine-tuning to ensure stable material stacking at varying heights.
3. Integrated Electrical and Sensor Control The equipment is equipped with an electrical control system and sensors that monitor parameters such as platform height and material position in real-time. This feedback is sent to the control unit to achieve closed-loop control of the lifting process, enhancing operational safety and positioning accuracy.
4. Limit Switches for Safety Assurance When the stacking platform reaches the maximum or minimum preset position, the limit switches are triggered automatically. This cuts off the oil supply to the hydraulic system to prevent over-travel, avoiding equipment damage or safety accidents.
5. Extended Functions of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) In smart warehousing scenarios, stacker cranes also feature automatic barcode identification, horizontal travel within aisles, and automatic fork extension for material handling. Horizontal movement is driven by motors via gears or synchronous belts, while vertical lifting is completed by motors driving chains or wire ropes, all coordinated by a centralized PLC control system.
