1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine
The Banana-Type Vibrating Screen is a high-performance classification system characterized by its unique multi-slope deck geometry. Engineered for high-throughput scenarios, it optimizes material flow velocity to achieve a "constant thickness" screening bed, significantly outperforming traditional horizontal or inclined screens in both capacity and precision.
2.Application Mineral Screening Machine
Mineral Processing: Ideal for the classification of coal and metallic ores (e.g., iron ore, gold ore), with superior performance in handling materials containing high proportions of fines.
Construction Materials: Used for the size grading of sand, aggregate, and gravel to enhance the quality of finished products.
Solid Waste Treatment: Facilitates desliming and dewatering in waste sorting, particularly effective for high-viscosity waste streams.
Chemical & Metallurgy: Processes high-fineness powders such as pulverized coal and metal powders, supporting both dry and wet screening applications.
3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Structural Design: The screen box features a banana-shaped curved surface composed of multiple deck sections with varying angles (steeper at the feed end, shallower at the discharge end). This ensures an equal-thickness material bed across the entire screening area.
Vibration Mechanism: A motor-driven box-type exciter generates linear vibration. Dual-shaft self-synchronization technology ensures stable operation and prevents structural resonance.
Screening Dynamics: Under high-frequency vibration, materials "jump" forward along the deck. Coarse particles are rapidly stratified, while fine particles gain additional kinetic energy to penetrate the mesh efficiently.
