1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine
The 20TPH–100TPH Multi-Deck Circular Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency mineral classification system specifically engineered for mining beneficiation circuits. By utilizing multiple screening decks and a circular vibration pattern, it achieves precise mineral grading, significantly enhancing processing efficiency and resource utilization rates.
2.Application Mineral Screening Machine
Core Beneficiation Stages: Used for the classification of iron ore, non-ferrous metal ores, and more. It separates minerals by particle size to optimize downstream grinding and separation processes.
Resource Recovery: Processes tailings or low-grade ores to recover usable minerals, minimizing resource waste.
Industrial Feedstock Pretreatment: Ideal for the preliminary screening of mineral raw materials in the metallurgical and chemical industries to ensure high-quality downstream processing.
3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Circular Vibration Mechanism: Driven by an eccentric vibrator, the screen body moves in a circular motion, causing the mineral feed to stratify on the screen surface. Coarser minerals rise to the top layer, while finer particles and impurities sink to the bottom.
Multi-Deck Grading: A design featuring 2–3 layers of screen mesh enables precise size classification. "Oversize" material consists of large mineral particles, while "undersize" material consists of fines or impurities, adapting to diverse mineral processing requirements.
Dynamic Balancing System: An integrated counterweight adjustment device automatically optimizes vibration amplitude and frequency. This ensures stable material flow and prevents "blinding" (clogging) or uneven distribution across the screen deck.
