1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine
Industrial Ore Screening Equipment serves as the backbone of mineral processing, designed to separate raw ores into various size fractions through mechanical vibration and surface stratification. These systems are engineered to handle high-tonnage throughput and abrasive geological materials, acting as the critical link between crushing stages and final concentration. Whether utilized for dry scalping or wet desliming, this equipment ensures that downstream processes—such as grinding mills or magnetic separators—receive a consistent and correctly sized feedstock, thereby maximizing overall plant recovery and efficiency.
2.Application Mineral Screening Machine
Mineral Beneficiation: Sizing of metallic ores including gold, iron, copper, and silver to optimize recovery grades.
Aggregate Production: Grading of crushed stone, sand, and gravel for high-specification construction materials.
Coal Preparation: Separating coal from gangue and performing essential desliming or dewatering tasks.
Quarrying & Civil Engineering: Large-scale scalping of run-of-mine (ROM) materials to protect secondary crushers from fines.
3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Vibratory Stratification: An electric motor drives an eccentric weight or exciter to generate high-frequency vibration. This causes the material bed to fluidize, allowing smaller particles to migrate to the bottom of the layer.
Aperture Passage: As the ore travels across the screen deck, particles smaller than the mesh openings (undersize) pass through via gravity, while larger particles (oversize) are discharged at the end of the deck.
Multi-Stage Grading: By stacking multiple decks with decreasing aperture sizes, the machine can simultaneously produce several distinct product grades (e.g., 0–5mm, 5–10mm, and +10mm).
