1.Product Introduction Portable Stone Crusher
The Mobile Crusher for Limestone and Gypsum is an optimized processing plant designed specifically for soft to medium-hard sedimentary rocks. While limestone and gypsum are less abrasive than granite, they often present challenges such as high dust levels or moisture-driven stickiness. This unit features a high-speed Impact Crusher or a Heavy-Duty Hammer Mill configuration, which utilizes "rock-on-rock" and "strike-and-shatter" principles to achieve high reduction ratios with minimal component wear. By matching the metallurgy of the blow bars to the specific Mohs hardness of limestone, this machine delivers an exceptionally low cost-per-ton and a superior cubical product shape.

3.Working Principle Portable Stone Crusher
Impact Shattering: Material enters the crushing chamber and is struck by high-velocity blow bars attached to a heavy-duty rotor. The limestone is hurled against apron plates, shattering along natural cleavage planes.
