1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The Gemini Shaking Table is a wet gravity separation device primarily used to process fine-grained minerals (typically ranging from 30 microns to 2 mm). It features an inclined deck with precision grooves (riffles). Under the combined action of asymmetric reciprocating motion and transverse wash water, mineral particles of varying specific gravities and sizes are stratified and moved along different trajectories, achieving the separation of concentrates, middlings, and tailings.

The Gemini Shaking Table is widely applied to minerals with significant specific gravity differences, making it indispensable in precious and rare metal beneficiation:
Precious Metals: Gold, silver, palladium, and platinum. This is the core application area, particularly for the recovery of fine-grained gold.

3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
The principle of the Gemini Shaking Table is based on gravity separation, combining the effects of three key forces:
Asymmetric Reciprocating Motion: Driven by a motor via a crank-and-link mechanism, the deck generates a "slow forward and fast return" motion. This creates inertial forces on the mineral particles, promoting stratification.
Transverse Wash Water: Supplied continuously from water troughs along the side of the deck, the water's momentum pushes lighter mineral particles laterally toward the tailings side.
Gravity and Friction: Particles slide down the inclined deck surface under gravity while experiencing friction against the riffles.

High-Precision Separation: It can produce multiple products (concentrate, middling, and tailings) in a single pass with extreme precision, making it ideal for fine-grained minerals.
Eco-friendly and Energy-saving: No chemical reagents are required. Power consumption is very low (typically 0.55 kW to 1.1 kW), resulting in low operating costs.
Simple Operation and Maintenance: The structure is straightforward, making it easy to observe and adjust (e.g., slope, stroke, and water volume). Technical requirements for operators are relatively low.
Strong Adaptability: By swapping decks with different riffle densities (e.g., 40, 60, 88, or 120 grooves), the machine can be adapted to process different materials like coarse sand, fine sand, or slime.
