3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment

1.Slurry Feeding: Slurry with a concentration of 30–50% is injected from the bottom into the high-speed rotating conical rotor.
2. Centrifugal Enrichment: The rotor operates at a centrifugal force of 200–600G, flinging high-density gold particles toward the inner wall grooves where they are captured.
3. Stratified Tailings Discharge: Light-density gangue is carried by the water flow and overflows from the top, achieving effective separation.
4. Periodic Concentrate Discharge: After every 1–4 hours of operation, the system automatically pauses, and backwash water flushes the enriched gold concentrate into a collection tank.
5. Multi-Stage Synergy: The unit can be paired with shaking tables or flotation machines to further recover any remaining micro-fine gold.
