Sawdust is evenly spread on a moving mesh belt, and hot air passes through the material layer in cross-flow or horizontal flow mode to complete drying. Its advantages lie in mild and uniform drying process, minimal damage to the physical structure of materials, and easy control of the drying curve. However, it has a large footprint, low unit area processing capacity and high initial investment, which is more suitable for special scenarios that require extremely high drying quality, such as producing high-grade raw materials for activated carbon.
